Terms and Conditions

1. PRICES

All the prices shown in our products are always with taxes included.

The prices published on the website may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

2. PRODUCTS ON SALE

All products that are in promotion at a special price will be displayed on the web with the offer price and the usual price. These offers will be available until end of stock or end of promotion.

The offers are not combinable with other offers, except in cases of special coupons or specific cases where it will be specified. In the case of non-cumulative offers, the offer with the greatest discount will always be applied.

3. WARRANTY

The products have a legal guarantee of 2 years for new items.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this guarantee.

The repair, payment or replacement will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are computed counting working days (Monday to Friday) and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, these terms can be modified, since the shipment of the order will be made at the moment we have the confirmation of the bank transfer.

Delivery times are from 1 to 3 days for Peninsular shipments and from 2 to 7 days for shipments abroad. For all products where a different delivery time is not specified.

Free shipping on orders of amounts greater than:
– €75 for peninsular shipments and the Balearic Islands (Spain).
– €100 for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain).*
– €150 for shipments abroad.

*For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Switzerland, €49 of customs expenses will always be charged, this does not include the taxes that are applied at the destination and that must be borne by the client, the value of which will depend on the amount of the shipment. order and the rate applied at the destination.

ATTENTION:

– In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.
– On special dates such as Christmas, Kings, bridges or holidays, we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise from the transport agencies or the decrease in the days of service.
– In case of adverse weather conditions, we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made on time.
– Reserves the right to modify delivery times and the type of shipment without prior notice in the case of extraordinary orders or special cases.

5. RETURNS

We have a customer service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

You must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. The shipment of the return to our warehouse is borne by the customer but in case of change, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made, and, where appropriate, the shipment of the new product:

6. METHODS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Credit card transactions are 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of bank details are carried out using a secure environment.

Your credit card details are not recorded in any of our own databases.

When paying by card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, and the postal code, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

In the event of fraudulent credit card payments, legal action will be taken.

WIRE TRANSFER

When selecting the bank transfer as a means of payment, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail indicating the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of Jose Manuel Caro.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surnames, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.

If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail to  shop@wingfoilcostadaurada.com . But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all possible exchange and bank commissions are your responsibility when you opt for this payment system. In the case of bank transfers made from abroad, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always notify your bank of taking charge of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity.
